How
to do it ?
1 Substrate is 3/4" blue
foam laminated to 1/4" luan.
2 Score grout line into blue foam.
3 Coat surface with
Foamcoat.
4 Lay sand/Foamcoat mix into grout lines.
5 Let dry.
6 Recoat with layers of terra cotta tinted Foamcoat selectively.
7 Let dry completely.
8 Carve
tile detail as indicated in photo.
9 Sand "tiles" smooth leaving rough/worn areas as indicated.
10 Drop deep color into grout
lines.
11 Mix variety of glazes as indicated.
12 Apply leaving holidays and "wear".
13 Glaze surfaces with gloss finish where appropriate.
