Rosco colleagues from around the globe recently gathered at the Sheraton Hotel in downtown Stamford, CT as they celebrated the first annual STAN MILLER AWARD NIGHT dinner and gala.

Managers from Rosco locations throughout the world were asked to submit nominations for individuals who embody the values of OneRosco and the qualities of Leadership, Commitment, Integrity and Passion that Stan Miller has consistently exhibited throughout his illustrious career.

Stan Miller & Gina Italiano

Though many worthy candidates were considered, Gina Italiano, our U.S. Customer Service Manager, easily dominated the outcome.

Gina has been with Rosco in Customer Service for 38 years, and aside from demonstrating all the values and the spirit that this award represents, she has also shown her knowledge, her patience, her dedication, her generosity and her humanity with everyone she comes in contact with. She is admired and praised by co-workers, dealers, and end users alike.

It is with great pleasure that we congratulate Gina on being the first recipient of The Stan Miller Award.

Gina dear….you certainly deserve this wonderful award. I remember the day you came to work at Rosco. You always had a smile on your face and were absolutely terrific taking orders over the phone….everyone came to be your friend and that is the best asset any firm can have. Congratulations!!

  2. A huge and heartfelt CONGRATULATIONS to Gina! Much deserved! Gina has given me amazing customer service for many years.

  3. With my 39 years at SEAL I have had the pleasure of working with Gina her entire career at Rosco. In her 38 years I have come to depend on her courteous and knowledgeable service almost daily. Gina’s product knowledge is exceptional and when coupled with her “can do” attitude she made herself indispensable at Rosco. More than once I have thrown last minute problems in her lap requiring her to “drop everything” and get a needed component out the door. Every time, without fail, the show saving gizmos ended up right where they were supposed to be, in the right hands, and in time. Gina is truly an exceptional type individual. She is always calm, makes it a point to know her business, her answers are accurate and her promises are genuine. If Gina says she can do it – she can! I am proud to have a friend in Gina and proud Rosco has singled my girl out for this amazing award. An award also named for an most amazing man – Stan Miller. Rock on Gina!
