ROSCO FLOORS SUPPORTS THE INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF DANCE & PERFORMANCE AT DISNEYLAND® PARIS

October 2011 saw the fourth consecutive successful International Festival of Dance & Performance Arts (IFDPA) at Disneyland® Paris. The event organised and managed by Yorkshire event company Take Us 2 The Magic gathered more than 20 dance schools from around the world performing and competing in front of hundreds of people. In total, more than 250 acts performed on the main stage located in the prestigious Disneyland® Paris resort.

Take Us 2 The Magic approached Rosco as they needed a transportable yet durable floor which can take any type of dance (tap, freestyle, Ballet etc…). Rosco supplied 160m (enough to cover 20m x 12m stage area) of the ADAGIO TOUR chosen from them the extensive range of performance floors Rosco is offering.

ADAGIO TOUR is a vinyl surface which is uniquely suited to those who need a tough, lightweight floor for percussive dance styles. ADAGIO TOUR has been specially designed to lay flat quickly and provide a surface with terrific tap sound. The surface is also excellent for all other dance forms including ballet, modern, Irish and jazz. The floor was therefore the perfect option for Take Us 2 The Magic.

The ADAGIO TOUR floor will be used for all the Take Us 2 The Magic events; the next one being the International Gathering of Scottish Highland Dance in November at Disneyland® Paris.
