Hinges are generally used as an aid in attaching scenery flats. Three types are available. Loose Pin Hinges are
just what they sound like: hinges in which the pin is removable. They are most often used when scenery has to be
taken apart for storage or transportation. Tight Pin Hinges have permanent pins. The Sure Hinge is a special type
of loose pin hinge with interchangeable halves. It is scored so you can bend it around nominal 1" lumber.
